That’s what we’re engaging for in our lodgements in Silvi Alta.
We want to offer more than a place to sleep: it’s the chance to become an inhabitant of this old italian village in Abruzzo, during your holiday, by respecting nature and people that live in Silvi Alta.
In summer, the main street of the village gets crowded: tourists and local people reach the village to enjoy the panoramic view and the fresh air from the sea, in a cosy atmosphere.
In fact Silvi Alta is a little village perched on a crown of wall arches, in front of the Adriatic sea. In its alleys you’ll find many restaurants, shops and street food kiosks. Their owners network to plan a lot of interesting events in Silvi Alta.

We choose the sustainable tourism because we love Silvi Alta, the nature around it and the people who live here.
We’re caring for the environment and also for the people, making them an important part of our project Ospitalità Diffusa. It means we promote the homes the locals offer for rent.

We want to share and spread the love for our village. For us sustainable tourism in Silvi means:
- we let you feel a “silvarolo” inhabitant during your holiday, by including local people in our ospitalità diffusa project;
- we select the typical products we serve at breakfast and give value to the food tradition of Abruzzo, in our shop Generi Diversi;
- we look for guides that can help you exploring the territory in a green way, for example riding an e-bike;
- we avoid any kind of waste;
- we collaborate in local projects to develop sustainable tourism, also working side by side with the Area Marina Protetta Torre del Cerrano, a Sea Natural Reserve in Silvi;
- we network with other commercial activities in the village, to offer you the authentic face of Silvi.
