  • Castel del Monte, AQ. Visitors really appreciate this village. At Christmas, it’s often covered by the snow. You can’t miss it – About 1 h 25 min;
  • Civitella del Tronto, TE. Civitella is known for the Bourbon fortress, which is almost completely well preserved – About 1 h:
  • Prati di Tivo, TE. A mountain area with its ski slope. Very loved by trekkers: from here you can reach the top of the Gran Sasso. The cable car arrives to the place we call “Madonnina”, because of the statue of the Virgin. There, you won’t need to trek or to climb to admire the top of the mountain from a special point of view – About 1 h 30;
  • Campo Imperatore, AQ. These place is often compared to Iceland, thanks to its sceneries. You’ll also find ski and snowboard slopes – About 1 h 45.
